Nothing is more important to Camco than ensuring the safety of our employees, subcontractors, owners, and the public. Employees are well-trained to adhere to strict industry and safety guidelines, as outlined by the written safety policy at each jobsite. Employees are also required to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol tests to prevent accidents and injuries on the job.

All Superintendents are certified in CPR and First Aid, attend continuing education seminars, and conduct weekly safety meetings with our employees and subcontractors to fully engrain the importance of this issue into their daily habits.

We are proud of our .9 Worker’s Compensation modification factor, which translates to an incidence rate of 10% below the national average. As a result, Camco has low Worker’s Compensation Fund premiums, which translates to significant insurance savings for our clients.
