We perform full quantity takeoff of every project. This allows us an in-depth knowledge of the entire scope of work, rather than relying solely on a subcontractor’s knowledge of the work. With this knowledge our estimators and project managers can then manage the project within the project budget and make knowledgeable decisions about design changes and how those will impact cost. Alternative ideas to value engineer projects or make design changes to further promote constructability are always plentiful at Camco.
