Description:

This project included underground site utility re-locations in order to accommodate a new Cheesecake Factory, various site improvements updating landscaping and parking layout, new construction of a main mall entrance including a Borders Books and Talbots. The new entrance includes a colored and stamped concrete plaza. The entire mall interior was also renovated including demolition of all existing floor and wall tile, ceilings, lighting and mechanical systems. The new floor tile system included extensive preparation of the existing slab with leveling compound, so that a lifetime warranty on the new tile could be provided. All ceilings, lighting, electrical & data were also replaced in the councourses. All work was completed while the mall remained open and fully operational, without interruption to business.
