Camco receives Intermountain Contractors Best of 2008 award for private building over $5 million

Salt Lake City, Utah – Camco Construction has been awarded the Intermountain Contractors Best of 2008 private building over $5 million award for the Thanksgiving Park #1 Office Building in Lehi, UT.

Thanksgiving Park #1 is the first of 5 potential mid-rise office buildings at the Thanksgiving Park office development at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi. It is a 5 story core and shell building constructed of concrete core shear walls, steel moment frame exterior, EIFS, and curtain wall.

The building includes a LEED Silver certification, interior lobbies decorated with custom granite floor and wall coverings, high speed traction elevators, and energy efficient electrical and mechanical systems.
