Description:

Phase I, a design/build procurement consisted of the addition of a Ross Dress For Less, Best Buy, PetSmart and Linens & Things, totaling 96,963 square feet of ground up construction. Extensive sitework including demolition and re-configuration of parking areas and existing site utilities were required to accommodate the new buildings. Phase II was a design-bid-build procurement in which Camco completed the renovation of all interior mall concourse areas including tile, ceilings, mechanical and lighting. All Phase II work was performed at night and required extensive dust and existing work protection to be installed and removed at the start and end of each work period, this allowed all tenants to remain open during construction. Phase III was procured in the same manner as Phase II and included the construction of a new Barnes and Noble space totaling 30,000 square feet.
