The facility contains standard rooms and 3 different suite configurations, LCD televisions in all rooms, cabled internet access in all rooms, 24-hour business center, 3 meeting/conference rooms, on-site guest laundry services, exercise facility, pool/spa facility, and full service breakfast capability. Building construction consisted of masonry, structural steel and EIFS with stone tile exteriors on the main level and wood framed structure with brick veneer exteriors on levels 2 through 5.
