Description:
Holiday Village is a strip retail center located in the famous town of Park City, at the heart of the Wasatch Mountains. The center includes 12 retail tenants including a drive-through accessible bank, mortgage company and a 4-theater Cinemark Movie Theater. The project included the demolition of an older style existing theater to pave the way for the new stadium seating style theater specifically to accommodate the world renowned Sundance Film Festival. The existing portion of the center was structurally retrofitted to meet current seismic and snow-load codes. The project was constructed on a fast track schedule through the harsh Park City winter and was finished in time for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games.
