The project includes 3 buildings constructed of CMU and site-cast concrete tilt-up panels. Facilities include new corporate offices, stamped and stained concrete showroom, auditorium, vehicle service facilities, parts storage, paint booth, body shop, car wash, gas station, Pennzoil lube center, and service area overhead crane system.
