<h3>Description:</h3>
<p>  Zions Bank Financial Center is a 9-story class “A” office building.  It will be the new Utah County headquarters for Zions Bank and will include a bank branch with drive through service on the main level.  The building contains over 1,100 tons of structural steel and 10,000 cubic yards of concrete.  The exterior is clad with EIFS, tile and stone.  Partially beneath and adjoining the building is a 5-level 117,000 s.f. parking structure with 326 stall capacity.</p>

<h3>Description:</h3>
<p>  Thanksgiving Park #1 is a 5-story class “A” office building with a LEED Silver Certification.  It is the first speculative core and shell office building with a LEED certification in the state of Utah.  Camco was selected early in the design phase and provided design assistance and value engineering feedback which resulted in a change of the building structure’s design from steel moment frames to a combination of concrete shear walls and steel moment frames.  This change eliminated heavy steel columns which could only be procured overseas and would have resulted in a project delay.  The building now features cast-in-place concrete shear walls over 70 feet in height.  The exterior is clad with a state of the art EIFS system designed to give the building a granite tile look along with extensive curtain wall window systems on all elevations of the building.  The project also features a back-up generation system capable of running the entire building if power is lost.  </p>

<h3>Description:</h3>
<p>Millrock Park is a 4-building office park located at the foot of the picturesque Wasatch Mountains.  Camco was brought on as a team member early in the project to provide schematic budgets and construction feasibility studies so that the design would ultimately coincide with Camco’s early budgets. The park includes one 3-story building and three 5-story buildings, constructed of structural steel with a variety of exterior cladding materials including GFRC, EIFS, granite tile, curtain wall systems and metal wall panels.  The buildings are designed to withstand heavy seismic activity.  The park also includes 3 multi-level parking structures totaling 559,313 square feet and a total capacity of 1,597 parking stalls.  Due to the extensive grade changes of the site, large boulder and concrete retaining walls were constructed and temporary shoring was used to allow early construction activity to take place.</p>

<p>  Sandy Park Center D is a 5-story class “A” office building with I-15 frontage.  The exterior cladding consists of curtain wall glazing systems and imported granite tile.  The mechanical system in the building features a highly efficient two stage evaporative cooling tower.  Adjacent to the building and connected via sky-bridge is a 3-level one-way post tensioned parking structure which can park 416 cars.  The parking structure complements the 118 car on-grade parking capacity on the opposite side of the building.</p>

<p> Mountain America Credit Union Corporate Annex is a 4-story office annex to Mountain America’s corporate headquarters.  The steel, pre-cast, curtain wall and metal wall panel building included a full interior build out for the credit union.  The building features exercise and employee locker room facilities, a 142 seat fully automated theater, teller training facility, and a spacious 3-story-clear building entrance and lobby highlighted with a glass hand-railed ornamental staircase.</p>
