<h3>Description:</h3>
<p>Millrock Park is a 4-building office park located at the foot of the picturesque Wasatch Mountains.  Camco was brought on as a team member early in the project to provide schematic budgets and construction feasibility studies so that the design would ultimately coincide with Camco’s early budgets.  The park includes 3 multi-level parking structures with a total capacity of 1,597 parking stalls.  Each of the parking structures utilizes a one-way post tension concrete design.  Two of the structures are 2-levels beneath an office building with 5-levels adjacent to the building.  The third structure is a 3-level stand alone structure adjacent to the building.</p>

<h3>Description:</h3>
<p>  The Galleria at Tyler Mall was an expansion of retail space, construction of a new AMC movie theater and seismic upgrade and addition to the existing Hughes Alley Parking Garage.  Work consisted of an addition of a 145,152 square foot 3rd level, 94,824 square foot 3-level addition, as well as numerous stairwells, escalator and elevator additions to increase functionality and seismic upgrade of the existing 2-level structure to meet current code.  The structure was constructed of load bearing pre-cast columns and beams with post tension concrete slabs.</p>
