Description:

The project included a complete renovation of all interior floors, ceilings, electrical, mechanical, site utility re-locations, power loop replacement, 61,445 s.f. of new galleria style retail space, foodcourt remodel & new entrance, restroom remodels, new mall management space, Cheesecake Factory pad, Nordstrom pad, and new 17,000 s.f. connector building between the existing mall and new Nordstrom. All new site utility work was constructed without interrupting the mall water, gas, power, or phone lines. In order to comply with current code, acute attention to the weight of the new ceiling elements was paid so as not to overload the capacity of the existing structure, lightweight materials were used, saving millions in structural upgrade costs. All work was performed while keeping all mall tenants open and in full operation as well as while maintaining all mall emergency egress exits.

Description:

Camco has performed several additions and renovations for Ultradent. Ultradent manufactures dental products including composites, endodontics, etchants and bonding, tips/syringes, tissue management and whitening products among others. The office includes a two-story lobby with hand painted murals of Utah landscapes, indoor stream, exercise and locker facilities, and kitchen/break areas. The warehouse area includes laboratory, cleanroom manufacturing spaces, wet process area, filling and packaging area, and shipping/receiving area. There is also an explosion proof mixing room. The majority of the building is considered a “clean environment” with extensive high-effect air filtration systems including dust-free pressurized rooms and zones. Due to the custom manufacturing process, changes were made by the owner on the fly throughout the projects.

Description:

SAHCO is one of the nation’s leading HVAC sheet metal contractors. Superior purchased an existing building into which they re-located their entire corporate offices and manufacturing facilities. Camco completely renovated the 27,000 square foot two-story office area and added an additional 3,000 square feet of office mezzanine. The project also included various manufacturing area improvements specific to Superior’s operations including demising walls, concrete pads, concrete pits, a fire rated built-in vault, and various site improvements to add additional parking and update landscaping. Due to some of Superior’s heavy duty manufacturing processes, the wall separating the office and warehouse was brought up to a two hour fire rating. A new brick veneer wainscot building façade was also installed to update building aesthetics.

Description:

Radisson Hotels & Resorts selected Camco to renovate their 11 story downtown Salt Lake City location through a value based hard bid with subsequent interview format. Although Camco’s bid was not the lowest dollar amount, the Radisson team was impressed with the level of detail presented in the proposal and Camco’s selected team’s qualifications and experience. The project consisted of two phases and the complete renovation of all 381 guest rooms and bathrooms, as well as all public spaces including ballrooms, conference rooms, and exercise facilities. All work was completed while the hotel remained in full operation and at capacity, other than those areas where construction was taking place.
