Description:

Radisson Hotels & Resorts selected Camco to renovate their 11 story downtown Salt Lake City location through a value based hard bid with subsequent interview format. Although Camco’s bid was not the lowest dollar amount, the Radisson team was impressed with the level of detail presented in the proposal and Camco’s selected team’s qualifications and experience. The project consisted of two phases and the complete renovation of all 381 guest rooms and bathrooms, as well as all public spaces including ballrooms, conference rooms, and exercise facilities. All work was completed while the hotel remained in full operation and at capacity, other than those areas where construction was taking place.
