Description:

Simmons Media Group T.I. expanded the existing space to accommodate additional office and support staff. The space was constructed in an existing downtown building over 50 years of age. The existing floor was cracking extensively and out of level, thus a 1.5” concrete overlay was poured using a special concrete mix design to create a smooth subsurface for the new rubber floor tile system. The facility also included new employee restrooms and kitchen/break room area.
