Description:

SAHCO is one of the nation’s leading HVAC sheet metal contractors. Superior purchased an existing building into which they re-located their entire corporate offices and manufacturing facilities. Camco completely renovated the 27,000 square foot two-story office area and added an additional 3,000 square feet of office mezzanine. The project also included various manufacturing area improvements specific to Superior’s operations including demising walls, concrete pads, concrete pits, a fire rated built-in vault, and various site improvements to add additional parking and update landscaping. Due to some of Superior’s heavy duty manufacturing processes, the wall separating the office and warehouse was brought up to a two hour fire rating. A new brick veneer wainscot building façade was also installed to update building aesthetics.
