Description:

Utility Trailer Sales of Utah is a heavy trailer dealership with full sales, service and parts departments. The building includes a 7,000 square foot CMU sales and administrative area with a 60,000 square foot pre-engineering metal service and parts area. The service department includes 20 bays with high-lift doors to accommodate any trailer. The project also includes 16 acres of heavy duty asphalt paving for trailer parking which is fully fenced and secured.
